Who is the YOUTHShare project intended for?
YOUTHShare regards women and migrants who are not in education, employment and/ or training between 25- 29 years old.
What the YOUTHShare project offer?
The project “A Place for Youth in Mediterranean EEA: Resilient and Sharing Economy for NEETs” (YOUTHShare) aims at reducing the unemployment of youth, and especially of NEETs (people not in education, employment and/ or training), in coastal and island regions of Mediterranean European Economic Area (EEA).
The project will introduce youth to the labour market using innovative ways and personalised approach. Through multi-scalar methodology and practice, YOUTHShare will boost their potential in social entrepreneurship and sharing economy in order to reduce economic disparities and increase social integration.
YOUTHShare project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
YOUTHShare project offers an opportunity to young people to strengthen their social and emotional skills through coaching, to be trained for 120 hours in resilient sectors through innovative educational material and work as an “intern” in a relevant local firm.

The Educational Association for Integration and Equality (branch of the Transnational Placement centre of the YOUTHShare project in Spain) is located in the very heart of the city of Murcia, capital of the eponymous spanish province. The key location of the office provides easy access not only for people interested in our services but also for partners and collaborators.
At Educational Association for Integration and Equality, our priority is to focus on the development of projects and activities in the Region of Murcia, Spain as well as in the rest of the European Union, collaborating with educational, social and cultural organizations, while counting on the help of young people of local, national and international origin.
Throughout the years, the staff members of the Educational Association for Integration and Equality have gained experience in European educational projects management, getting involved in such projects as Leonardo, Grundtvig, Erasmus+ etc…
Together with the support of KAM, the team of AEII Murcia is deeply committed to help any young people in such a way that they can find new work opportunities in resilient sectors of the social and solidarity economy.
Mari Ángeles Galiana
Mari Ángeles Galiana is a Social Worker and Psychology student. In recent years she has been working in the field of European projects and has been traveling and working in different countries. His work experience has always been directed at youth and families at risk.
She believes in the power that young people have to change the course of society through education and training. Youth have the power to change the world.
Mari has taken part in many volunteer activities, trainings, youth exchanges, etc. He likes to spend his free time in nature, hiking and traveling.
